Workshop Leader: Vivian Eyre - is the president and founder of Partners for Women's Growth, Inc., a New York based coaching firm dedicated to enhancing women's leadership skills and providing strategic career direction. Vivian has over twenty-five years of human resources leadership. Prior to starting Partners, she was Vice President of Human Resources and Executive Committee Member at Macmillan Publishing Co. Vivian is an experienced career coach who helps clients navigate their careers, find fulfilling work and command higher salaries. She is a member of the The Center for Creative Leadership's Global Coaching Team. As faculty at Cornell University, Vivian teaches the Leadership for Women seminar that she developed for executive women to succeed in their organizations' culture. She serves on Cornell's Board for Management Development Programs and co-authored the book, Great Interviews, which describes her surefire success story interview strategy.

European Tour Leader: Gail Cornell - is an architectural historian, speaker, writer, and experienced tour-leader. Gail is president and founder of ARCHETOURS. She is a graduate of Harvard University's Graduate School of Design. Having personally researched and developed over 15 unique itineraries in Europe, Gail has extensive experience leading and teaching groups about the history, art, and culture of a particular area. Her areas of expertise include Classical Greek and Roman, Renaissance, and 20th century architecture. Gail has coordinated, led, and managed over 40 tours including several for university alumni groups, architectural organizations, art museums, arts organizations, and family groups. While not leading tours throughout Europe, Gail writes and speaks frequently about travel and architecture. She is a member of the American Society of Architectural Historians, the American Institute of Architects, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Municipal Art Society of New York City.
